Crianza: theses wines must spend a minimum of 6 months in cask and 2 full calendar years undergoing crianza, the process of aging defined by the exacting governing body of rules of each Denominacion Origen (DO)
Reserva: these wines must spend a minimum of 3 calendar years to fully mature, of which at least one must be in oak and one must be in bottle.
Gran Reserva: These wines are made only in the finest vintages. They have to spend at least 5 years in the cellar, of which at least 2 must be in cask and at least 3 in bottles.
- Vina Villabuena Tempranillo Izadi Crianza 2003 Regular pour 11.00 Small pour 6.00 This red wine is light but firm, with dried cherry, herbal and tobacco flavors. Traditional style, with enough grips for food.
