Integrating technology into your event, and preventing glitches, is a priority for our a/v team. We'll help create a seamless tech plan that will elevate the guest experience.
Audio/Visual
We offer a full complement of state-of-the-art audio and video equipment. In addition to our inventory of high-end gear, our Audio/Visual Director and staff can help you design the technology you need to make your event successful. We can provide audio support and lighting design for your seminars, conferences, weddings, and other special events. Sound support could include multiple microphones, mixers, and powered speakers while visual support could include large rear projection screens, short-throw projectors, and large screen TVs. Lighting packages can be custom-designed for your specific needs. Experienced on-site technicians are also available.
Please note: outside A/V equipment is not allowed in the Harvard Faculty Club or Loeb House.

Harvard University Wi-Fi is available throughout the Club.
- Select “Harvard University” from the list of available networks
- Once connected, open your web browser and go to any website beginning with http: (not https)
- When prompted to log into the Harvard University Wifi Network, use your HarvardKey or for visitors follow the prompt for guest access.
Having Trouble? Be sure your computer’s TCP/IP properties are set to obtain an IP address automatically (using DHCP). Also be sure to login to the Harvard UniversityNetwork via a web browser before doing anything else on the internet.
